Meg's innovative and civically oriented focus has lent a valuable perspective in building Accel Financial Staffing. Her work as the Past President of the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City and service on numerous corporate and non-profit boards and foundations, has afforded her a unique advantage in understanding the needs of our growing economy. As
former Vice Chairman of Education and Workforce Development for the Great OKC Chamber, she is working to broaden connections between higher education, leadership and the business community.
Meg opened the Oklahoma City Accel office in July 1995. After graduating from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA, she spent six years as a corporate lending officer with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, and twelve years as co-founder and president of a national chain of retail financial services offices.

since 1995. In addition, she loves contributing
to the growth of opportunities in Oklahoma City.
Diana is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City
Class XXVI and is a volunteer for Leadership
Oklahoma City's L.O.Y.A.L. program. She
currently serves as a team leader for the
Oklahoma City Chamber Total Resource Development
Campaign, serves on the Oklahoma City Chamber
Greater Grads committee, volunteers for the
Festival of the Arts and MAPS 3, and is the
Treasurer of the Brookwood Neighborhood
Association. Diana is
currently the President-Elect of the Sooner
Human Resource Society, a member of the Oklahoma City Human Resource Society, and a member of The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Diana is the past Treasurer of the Oklahoma
Ethics Consortium and has volunteered for the
Automobile Alley Main Street Program since 1996
and was named volunteer of the year in 1998.
Prior to joining Accel, Diana had a nine-year career in retail financial services management. She has an excellent background in sales and customer service, and has been responsible for hiring and placing individuals nationwide. Diana has a degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University with a concentration in computer systems programming. Diana earned her certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2001.

Since September 1995, Carla's eye for detail and well-rounded experience has benefited clients and candidates. Her ten-year career as a senior graded agent with the Internal Revenue Service included a concentration on large corporations from a variety of different industries. Her grounded approach to understanding individual client personalities has helped build long-term, lasting relationships.
Carla is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and was a member of the Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Honorary Society. She is a member, and past Treasurer, of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs.
Carla also serves as the Treasurer for DD
Kirkland PTA.

Debbie brings the most varied industry background to Accel. Her experience in working within the accounting arena for construction, cost, manufacturing, retail, oil and gas, tax and public accounting has been invaluable to our clients since 1998.
Debbie is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma. She is
the current President Elect, past Vice
President, and past Treasurer, for the Oklahoma
City Chapter of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs.
Debbie is also a board member, and current President, of the Institute of Management Accountants OKC Chapter
and serves on the advisory board for the
Accounting Department at Metro Tech. In
addition, she has served on the University of
Central Oklahoma Accounting Endowment Fund
Advisory board, helping raise funds for the
continuing education of accounting professors
and academic scholarships for students.

Every spring you'll find Renée at the Arts Festival in downtown OKC. She has taken on leadership roles since 1998, just one year after joining Accel. Renée's engaging personality has been a great asset in the recruitment of talent and development of broad networks with employers throughout the region.
Renée is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and serves on the Board of Governors of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Renée belongs to the Oklahoma American Payroll Association, the Oklahoma Ethics Consortium, and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. Prior to joining Accel, she spent twelve years in varied accounting, financial and management roles. She began her career with Coopers & Lybrand, CPA's and continued to build on that experience with positions at First Interstate Bank of Oklahoma and Smith Bucklin & Associates in Chicago.

Megan brings a valuable and unique perspective to Accel as she has been a candidate, a client and a member of our team since 2002. Megan is a "puzzle builder" and she applies that special approach to looking at problems and systems when helping to build solutions. She provides valuable input and a fresh approach as the Accel team continuously strives to improve our effectiveness. Megan is a great example of our core value of "Innovation and Continuous Learning".
After attending the University of Central
Oklahoma, Megan was employed as the Office
Manager for a medical equipment company. She is
a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City's L.O.Y.A.L.
Class III and was a 2008 Rotary International Group
Study Exchange team member by Rotary
International and traveled for four weeks in
Poland and Ukraine. She is a charter member and
Past President of
the OKC Midtown Rotary Club and the Group Study
Exchange Chair for Rotary International District
5750. She is also a volunteer for deadCENTER
Film Festival, The Festival of the Arts, and
Automobile Alley. Megan
has been honored as the 2009-10 "Rotarian of the
Year" by Rotary District 5750, 2009-10
"Rotarian of the Year" by OKC Midtown Rotary

Sports are an intricate part of
Angela’s life. From playing and watching basketball, being a
coach, to participating in community athletics, she
has learned the dynamics of being a team player.
Prior to joining Accel in 2007, Angela spent several
years in the Accounting field, 5+ of those years
were spent in the staffing industry. Thereafter she
owned and operated her own small business where she
took away leadership skills, organization, and the
knowledge of improving operations and increasing
profitability.
Angela graduated with a
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an
emphasis in Accounting from the University of
Central Oklahoma. She is the Public Relations
Committee Co-Chair for the Urban League OKC Young
Professionals, Vice-President of Membership for the
Noon Express Toastmasters Club 0907, Steering
Committee Member for World Neighbors Organization
and the Board Secretary for COPE, Inc. Angela was recently
honored by The Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City
as the recipient of the 2011 Lecia D. Swain-Ross
Award and the 2010-11 Outstanding Toastmaster of the
Year for the Noon Express Club.
