TRUST COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Trust Compliance Officer needed for a financial institution located in Oklahoma City.  Qualified candidate should have a compliance or audit background and be familiar with securities, investments and FDIC regulations.  This position will  serve on various Trust Committees and be the liaison with the Internal Audit group for all trust related matters.  Responsible for developing and implementing a trust compliance program designed to monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for trust and investment management accounts.  Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or more than 7 years of relevant experience.
