Mortgage Underwriters needed for Oklahoma banks.  Responsible for underwriting Conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond Mortgage Loans.  Candidate should have 3 years experience in the mortgage industry with all Conventional and Government loan types.  Will be reviewing, analyzing, approving and underwriting residential mortgage loan applications in accordance with investor/bank guidelines.  Reviews credit applications, credit bureau information, collateral valuation, tax returns, financial statements, and other supporting documentation to recommend/approve within industry underwriting guidelines.  Works with originators and processors to assist with qualifying loans and keeps them informed of underwriting practice, maintains expert knowledge of bank, investor, and regulatory guidelines.
