Senior Tax Accountant needed for private industry group.  Must have 4-6 years of tax experience in a Public Accounting firm, be a CPA and have knowledge of Partnerships, S Corporations, Individual Tax, Trusts and  Foundations.  Position will be preparing and reviewing tax workpapers and returns, preparing annual extension request calculations as well as quarterly tax estimates.  Other responsibilities include special projects and tax research.  Preferred knowledge in Investments including Fixed Income, Equity, Investment Splits and Bonds.
